Cheesy, crispy, and spicy Jalapeño Poppers are a very popular appetizer during Ramadan. These are stuffed with a creamy cheesy filling, topped with a crispy bread crumb topping, and fried until golden brown.

What You Need:
- 6 ounces Cream Cheese, softened
- 12 ounces shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 6-8 Jalapeño Poppers, seeded and halved
- 2 Eggs
- 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1 cup dry Bread Crumbs
- 2-3 Tbsp Milk
- Oil for frying
Method:
Step1
Make a cut in between jalapeño poppers in half lengthwise; remove the seeds.
Step 2
In a medium bowl, mix the Cream cheese with Cheddar cheese.
Step 3
Stuff all jalapeño popper with this mixture
Step 4
On three separate small bowls, put the eggs, breadcrumbs, and flour.
Step 5
Add a little splash of milk in eggs for a thinner consistency.
Step 6
Dip the stuffed jalapenos first into the egg mixture then into the flour repeat this process twice. making sure they are well coated with each.
Step 7
Dip the coated jalapeños in the egg mixture again and roll them through the breadcrumbs. Allow them to dry, then repeat to ensure the entire surface of the jalapeno is coated.
Step 8
In a medium skillet, heat the oil to medium heat. Deep fry the coated jalapenos 2 to 3 minutes each, until golden brown. Remove and let drain on a paper towel.
