Packed with tangy, minty, sweet, and sour flavors, Strawberry Mojito is the best option to quench your Ramadan thirst. You can whip up this easy recipe for an Iftar party in no time.

Let’s ditch the regular Ramadan drinks and try making a large pitcher of this refreshing Strawberry Mojito by Chef Zaira!

 What you Need:

  1. Fresh Strawberries, 1 1/2 Cup
  2. Mint leaves, 4-6
  3. Ice cubes, 1 cup
  4. Sugar syrup, 50 ml
  5. Lemon juice, 1 tsp
  6. Few Strawberry pieces
  7. Mint leaves few
  8. Plain soda (Sprite)

Method:

Step 1

In a blender, put in strawberries and few mint leaves, and blend well until they turn into a paste form.

Step 2

Make a quick sugar syrup. It is a 1:1 ratio of sugar dissolved in water.

Step 3

Fill a glass with ice cubes, sugar syrup & lemon juice.

Step 4

Now add in your strawberries and pour Sprite soda on top.

Step 5

Gently stir and garnish with the leftover mint leaves.

Step 6

Your Strawberry Mojito is ready!

Cover the rim of the glass with sugar, pour the mocktail over ice cubes and serve it to your guest. Make your Iftar party refreshing.
