5. Mountain Climbers
Start with slow movement and slowly increase the pace. Try 8-10 at first then increase the number and speed.
6. Tricep Dips
If your dress reveals your arms, tricep dips are great to sculpt your upper arms and your shoulders. Aim for 2-3 rounds with 10-15 reps.

7. 1 Minute Plank
As easy as it looks, it can really challenge your core and is a great full body exercise. Increase your plank time as you gain strength and endurance.
8. Ab Crunches
The most basic exercise to lose weight from your stomach, but remember spot reduction doesn’t work unless you lose total body fat. Aim for 15-20 and to make it more challenging, do it with dumb bells. (use heavy water bottles in case you don’t have a pair of dumb bells at home).
