You may feel stressed just by thinking of working out, but once you start moving and exercising you’ll feel the stress melting away from inside you. Exercise produces a positive response in the body which also makes you less irritable and more focused and happy. Other health problems that can be controlled with a fit body include arthritis, depression, stroke and type 2 diabetes.
