Child’s Pose

  • Releases tension in back, shoulder, and neck

How To Do It
  • Spread your knee as wide as your mat
  • Let your belly rest between your thighs and rest your forehead on the floor
  • Do this for 1 minute

Bound Angle Pose

How To Do It
  • Bend your knees, press the soles of your feet together.
