How to make Savory Daliya:
The first step to cook this recipe is to clean and wash the broken wheat thoroughly under running water. Strain the water and keep the wheat aside.
Now add olive oil to a pan and heat it over low flame for a minute. Start adding your ingredients like mustard seeds, ginger paste, chopped onions, and green chili. Mix and cook the ingredients till the onions turn golden brown.
After few seconds, add broken wheat, salt, and veggies (according to your preference) like green peas or carrots. Mix well all these ingredients for 3- 4 minutes on moderate flame. Add 2 1/2 cups of water to the mixture and cover the pan with a lid. Once the vegetables and broken wheat are properly cooked, turn off the flame and transfer your yummy Savory Daliya to a serving bowl.
