WHO Guidelines Ignored – Risk of Swine Flu in Sindh

In the last 75 days 700 people have died from the Swine Flu in India. The WHO gave guidelines to Pakistan to secure itself from the disease, but the Sindh Department of Health, have taken no measures until now.

According to the Department of Health, isolation wards and influenza labs have not been made in hospitals. The WHO had also instructed to make thermal scans in airports and to start public awareness programs for public information of the disease. However, the reality is showing that all such instructions have been ignored. According to doctors, there is a large chance of the spread of Swine Flu in Pakistan. This virus very easily transfers from one person to another. It is necessary to start precautionary measures immediately.
