A three day Polio eradication campaign in Tank starts today. The local government and the Department of Health have decided to fire the Polio eradication campaign workers who would be negligent towards their tasks. An event on Polio Eradication was held in the district headquarter hospital, where government officials, politicians and elders of the area came. 8 cases have been registered in Tank till date and is thus known as the most sensitive area for polio in KPK. The local government has clearly announced that workers and officers who would negligent towards their tasks in the campaign would be fired from their jobs immediately.
