The burns center at Civil Hospital is suffering from a shortage of personnel and funds due to the negligence of the hospital and N.G.O management involved, in short managerial inefficiencies. The N.G.O, Friends of Burns Center, was previously involved in running the burns unit. They decided to pull out due to the hospital staff’s strong political affiliations. Now this organization only handles the supply of medicines required by the unit. The hospital is now in charge of managing the unit. However, ever since this was agreed upon 2 months ago, both parties have yet to assume their roles fully. Managerial confusions have translated into a shortage of staff and funds required to run the hospital. The patients are the unfortunate sufferers in this case.
