HIV/AIDs Diagnosis in 15 Minutes
American scientists have invented a machine which does need a battery to run. The machine can diagnose HIV/AIDs in 15 minutes.
According to the experts of University of Columbia, the machine can be used with smartphones, tablets and other electronics. The process involves putting a drop of blood on a Dongel Device, using an application on smartphones and pressing a button on the Dongel Device. The result appears in 15 minutes. The price of this machine is $34, which is considerably less than the previous device at the cost of $18,000. However, according to experts, current trials with volunteers using the machine have resulted in incorrect results. The problems and issues in the device will be corrected and it is then that the device would be brought into the market.
