In lieu of the recent outbreaks of various diseases, an anti-measles campaign is currently underway at the Police Hospital in Garden, Karachi. Vaccinations for measles and other potentially fatal diseases are being administered during this 15 day campaign which was inaugurated two days ago by Iqbal Mehmood, I.G. Sindh. Dr. Muhammad Younas Chachar (M.S. Police Hospital), Additional I.G. Karachi, D.I.G South, D.I.G Rapid Response Force and several other senior police officers were also present at the occasion. It was announced that the police officers as well as their families would be vaccinated for these potentially deadly diseases.
