But don’t worry, we have got solutions to all your problems. So try out these simple remedies to freshen up your mornings and sail through the day!

Hydrate Yourself

The body tends to get dehydrated during the night, which leads to fatigue. So drinking a glass of water first thing in the morning can help set things in motion.

Get some Exercise

Exercise spikes the body’s serotonin levels, making you feel more active through the day and helping you sleep better at night.

Avoid Caffeine

Caffeine dependency can lower your morning energy levels and make you feel run down over the day. We know that caffeinated drinks give you a burst of energy, but when the effect wears off, you may feel more fatigued.

Never Skip Breakfast

Our body requires some energy to get it going in the morning. So even eating a small meal will charge you up for the day, leading to a better attention span and overall – a better mood to kick-start your day.

Don’t Set Multiple Alarms.

Setting a series of alarms and hitting the snooze button may be the biggest enemy. The fragmented sleep between alarms may cause you to wake up in your REM state, leading to drowsiness.

Make Sure You’re Getting Enough Quality-Sleep

Make sure to get 6 to 8 hours of sleep. Avoid using your phone or watching your favourite series/movie while trying to sleep.

Skip The Sugar

Sugar has a similar effect on the body as caffeine. Lay off the sugar until lunchtime because this blood spike will drain your energy faster than usual, making you feel tired and exhausted.
