11 Signs that Show You are Not Drinking Enough Water
However, many of us do not drink enough water throughout the day. Depriving ourselves from the most natural nutrient – water, we constantly damage our own body. 1. Dry Mouth
Whenever you feel that sticky, uncomfortable feeling in the mouth, you reach for a liquid. Though, keep in mind that syrupy drinks are only a temporary solution to a bigger problem. Drinking water lubricates the saliva membrane in the mouth and the throat and continues to keep your mouth moist with saliva, long after the first sip.
2. Dry Skin
Dry skin is one of the earliest signs of complete dehydration which can lead to much more serious problems. Less water means less sweating, resulting in the inability of the body to discard the excessive waste and toxins that have been accumulated during the day.
