Your body needs hydration, especially during workouts, because water helps the body exercise efficiently. How much water should you drink during a workout?

Your body uses water to produce sweat and keep body cool. So, during exercise, it is recommended to drink 7 to 10 ounces of water every 20 minutes in your workout. Unfortunately, some people drink as little as 100-500 ml water during workouts which is too little, even if you’re warming up.

If your regular workout routine lasts about an hour or less and doesn’t involve much sweating, then you can probably make it without a few sips of water.
