Combat winter dryness by hydrating it with oil

Olive oil is good for moisturising the skin. If you have dry skin, massage it well in your wet skin to avoid scaly flaky skin which if left untreated can cause serious skin diseases such as eckzema, itchiness etc. Areas like elbow and knee get too dry and massaging them with it will lock in the moisture for longer.

Dr. Qamar Iqbal, Skin Specialist, Institute of Skin Disease Hospital Karachi says that with the temperatures lowering down, illnesses and diseases are on the rise.
