Not a lot of people are fans of bhindi ki sabzi, because it’s gooey and, what some like to say, slimy. Mothers often have to force their young ones to eat the vegetable because it is rich in nutrients and contains beneficial antioxidants
But there is one thing that everyone, adults and kids, love to devour unapologetically: a plate of crispy fries. So, what if we told you that you can borrow the crispy fries idea and fuse it with bhindi? Yes, and you have a whole new dish to love.
Crispy bhindi is fries with a twist that you can have as a snack or a complementary dish to your daal chawal. It’s easy to make and would be a hit among kids too. Moms no longer would have to force their young ones to have the vegetable.
