1. Banana Cookies with a Hint of Cinnamon
Eating cookies can be a quick and easy breakfast, depending if those cookies provide the same levels of energy needed from the breakfasts.
Ingredients:
- 2 ripe bananas
- 2 cups oats
- ¾ teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup butter
- ¼ cup honey
- ½ cup chopped nuts or chocolate chips (optional)
Directions:
- Firstly, preheat the oven at 350°F.
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
- Take a spoon full of dough and place it on the baking tray.
- After 15 minutes, take the tray out of the oven.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup oatmeal
- 2 cups almond milk
- 1 apple, thinly sliced then cut into smaller sizes
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 cup apple sauce
Direction:
- Combine milk, oatmeal, cinnamon in a pan and stir until milk is absorbed.
