1 Fresh Apple, chopped
1½ cups Ripe Mango Chunks (Fresh or Frozen)
1 cup Yogurt (Plain or Vanilla)
1 teaspoon Honey
4 Ice Cubes
Blend apple, mango, yogurt and honey in a blender until puree.
Add ice cubes and blend again on high speed for 30 seconds or until slushy.
Pour prepared smoothie of mango and apple in serving glasses and serve.
Mango Pineapple Smoothie Recipe:
Ripe mango and pineapple combined in a lip smacking fresh fruit smoothie is a marriage made in heaven that is blessed with lots of health benefits and sweet smooth taste.
1½ cups Mango Chunks (Fresh or Frozen)
1 cup Pineapple Chunks (Fresh or Frozen)
1/2 Banana (sliced)
1 cup Yogurt (Vanilla or Plain)
1/2 cup Milk
1/2 cup Crushed Ice
1 tablespoon Sugar or Honey
Take mango chunks, sliced banana, pineapple chunks and milk in a blender jar and blend until fruits are well mixed and crushed.
Add yogurt, sugar or honey and ice cubes in it and blend again until smooth.
Check the consistency of smoothie. If required, add more milk to reduce thickness or add more fruits to thicken it.

Combine mango chunks, banana pieces, yogurt, ice cream, ice cubes and sugar in a mixer. Blend until it’s smooth and slushy.

1 Ripe Mango
8 Frozen or Fresh Strawberries
1/2 cup Plain Yogurt (curd)

3 cups Milk

Peel and chop mango into medium sized pieces. Cut strawberries into small pieces.
Pour milk in a blender. Place chopped mango pieces, chopped strawberry pieces, plain yogurt and sugar in it. Blend until it becomes smooth puree.
Add ice cubes and blend again for 30 to 45 seconds or until slushy.
Pour it in serving glasses, garnish and enjoy.
Peach Mango Smoothie Recipe:

Place mango chunks, sliced peach, milk, vanilla yogurt, crushed ice and sugar in a blender.

200ml coconut milk
4 tbsp. coconut milk yogurt
120g frozen mango chunks
Measure all the ingredients or use a tall glass
