All you need is a deep pan to make this magical healing soup. Throw all of the ingredients (meat, fish or chicken bones and spices) into the pan full of water and put it on the stove for an hour or two.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken bones
  • 4 cups water
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon whole black pepper
  • 2 Cloves Garlic
  • 1 Bay leaf
  • Onion approximately equal to Garlic

Procedure:

  1. Put all the ingredients in a cooking pot and let it simmer on medium to high heat.
  2. Do not cover the lid completely.
  3. Let it simmer for a while till the water reduces from 4 cups to 1½ to 2 cups.
  4. You’ll also notice the change in colour at this stage.
  5. Strain it and serve warm.
