The Only Cardiologist in Civil Hospital, Thatta Transferred – Ward Shuts Down, Patients Upset
The Civil Hospital Thatta’s Cardiology Department was shut down without any announcement, as the only Cardiologist was transferred last week. The patients have been anxious and upset on the closure.
As per details, the only surgeon in the Civil Hospital Thatta, Dr. Nazeer Memon has been promoted to 20th grade. Asthere was no 20th grade office in Thatta, he was transferred to Karachi. His replacement as has not been found, leaving the Cardiology ward to be shut down for the past one week. The people who come from the suburbs have informed that there is no Cardiologist in the hospital and in case someone gets a heart attack he is referred to Karachi, and on occasions patients die before reaching Karachi.
