Rubina Qaim Khani, who serves as the Provincial Minister for Special Education, was on her way from Karachi to Sanghar when her vehicle collided with a tractor trolley near the village of Ghandan. Fortunately, she received only minor injuries on her arms which were addressed immediately at the Nawabshah hospital. The doctors on duty were confident the wounds would heal soon. The provincial minister had set out to Sanghar on the special orders of the Chief Minister.
