Patients have protested near the Civil Hospital Khairpur TB Control Center, because of the unavailability of Hepatitis vaccines for the last one week. According to protesters, patients are being fooled into waiting in lines for hours, only to be told that the vaccines have finished. They further said that on consistent protest by patients, the hospital management has put a notice of the unavailability of Hepatitis vaccines. They said that in case the Sindh government does not act quickly and provide vaccines, the treatments would be completely disturbed and would be needed to start again from the beginning.
