Liberia – The vaccine, which has showed resistance against Ebola is, for the first time, being used in massive amounts against the deadly disease.

In the process, scientists would vaccine 30,000 volunteers who include the medical workers dealing with Ebola patients. The pilot-use would start from Monday. People would be infected with a very small amount of Ebola virus and would then be given the vaccines. The local nurses are being given special training for looking after these volunteers. The vaccine is in experimental stage and it cannot be said if this vaccine would work as per expectations. In the first stage, 300 such vaccines have been sent to Liberia.
