Commissioner Of Karachi Dissatisfied With Slow Development
Shoaib Ahmed Siddiqui, Commissioner of Karachi, expressed discontent with the pace of developmental projects in the city at a recent press conference. In his address he stated that the citizens of Karachi had great expectations from the government, and it was their duty to fulfill these expectations to the best of their abilities. He said that work would be carried out for 24 hours instead of 12 hours, and contractors involved in the use of delaying tactics to prolong the development projects would be dealt with severely. He called for the concerned parties to speed up the construction of the interchange located at Malir 15 and Quaidabad.
