THEY DO NOT LET OTHERS BRING THEM DOWN
It is easy to be brought down by other peoples’ criticism, especially if these people are close to you. It requires a very important trait to not let this get to you, and that is resilience.
This world is full of haters, and jealous people, and more often than not, people who try to bring you down are the ones closest to you. It is the best decision, and also undoubtedly one of the most difficult ones to remove these people from your life. If you manage to do so, consider one bridge burnt.

Holding grudges takes up a lot of your mental strength. If you find yourself holding a grudge against someone, know that you are already giving it more of your attention than it requires.

Everyone has a goal they work for, but not everyone asses their progress towards it. A mentally strong person makes sure to reflect on his work and to assess their performance. They take accountability for their mistakes and constantly strive for better.
