Chili spice can help you lose fat effectively

New research has found that capsaicin, the compound that gives chili spice its spicy quality, helps in fat loss by activating a receptor to signal fullness.

Researchers have found that chili spice can help us feel full, helping us from over-eating, and putting on weight.

When the stomach is full, chili spice stretches and activates nerves to tell the body it has enough food. However, those with a high fat diet are impaired by the important receptors in the stomach.

Those who are obese or have a high fat diet can eat capsaicin, which activates the TRPV1 receptors in the stomach to release the ‘full-feeling’ signals, telling the person to stop eating.

When the TRPV1 receptors stop working, stomach nerves don’t allow the stretching and results in a delayed feeling of fullness, and people eat more food.
