The ultimate exercise to get your heart racing. Try two to three rounds with 10-15 reps.

Start with slow movement and slowly increase the pace. Try 8-10 at first then increase the number and speed.

If your dress reveals your arms, tricep dips are great to sculpt your upper arms and your shoulders. Aim for 2-3 rounds with 10-15 reps.

The most basic exercise to lose weight from your stomach, but remember spot reduction doesn’t work unless you lose total body fat. Aim for 15-20 and to make it more challenging, do it with dumb bells. (use heavy water bottles in case you don’t have a pair of dumb bells at home).
