Pranayama

Matsyasana (Fish Pose)
This yoga pose is great to treat stress acne if practiced regularly. Matsyasana (fish pose) is a backbend pose, where you lie on your back and lift your upper body by propping yourself on your elbows and draw back your shoulders. You then stretch your neck and point the top of your head towards the floor. This asana calms your body deeply and it helps you deal better with acne that is caused by stress or other emotional imbalances.
Sarvangasana (Shoulder Stand)
Sarvangasana (shoulder stand) is an asana that affects all of the limbs in your body. To do the asana, you first lie down comfortably on your back and bring both your legs up together, pointing them towards the sky. Push your hips all the way up until your chest is closer to your chin. Hold the posture for about 10 before bending your knees slowly and bringing your body back to its resting position. This asana relaxes your mind and body, detoxifies and improves blood circulation.
Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose)
The Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose) improves the cellular turnover in your body and helps in the detoxification of your body. You can start by lying flat on your belly, before placing your palms under the shoulders and pushing till your hips are slightly off the ground. Keeping your feet on the ground and your legs outstretched, the back is arched and the gaze is directed upwards or slightly towards the back.
Chakrasana
Chakrasana (backbend posture) improves blood circulation especially in your face and head, improves digestive system and provides excellent flexibility to your spine. To do this yoga pose, you first need to stand straight then push your hips and abdomen forward and drop your neck back. Keep arching your back slowly with your hands raised towards the sky, once you’ve arched back enough and can see the floor again, bend your knees slowly till your palms are touching the floor.
To do all these yoga pose you first need to stretch yourself well and if you’re a beginner, ensure that you practice them under the supervision of someone who is familiar with these yoga poses.
