However, there is nothing to be worried about. Just a bit of effort by you on a daily basis can do wonders.

I was once told that the best thing about me is my hair… otherwise I’m just average looking! Ouch! That hurt… I almost wanted to murder the person who said this to me. However, it was a wakeup call to know her jealously for my beautiful healthy hair. It helped me spot lots of green-eyed darlings with Colgate smiles, secretly admiring my glossy to-die-for tresses.

Since we love to harm our hair with chemicals and straighten it all the time, we can always treat it back to glowing finesse by using a mixture of with two eggs mixed with olive oil. Blend the mixture well and apply it for 20 to 25 minutes. Rinse off well.

Tip: Put on a shower cap whenever you apply a hair mask, to trap the moisture for better hydration.

Result: Makes the hair thoroughly conditioned and shiny.

This is also a mild treatment for damaged hair. Whip one whole egg until it’s frothy, then add in half cup plain, whole yogurt and mix well. Apply it to your hair evenly, leave on for 10 minutes, and then rinse well with cool water. You won’t need to shampoo unless you’re due for it anyway.

Precaution: Hot water is not advisable to wash off the hair mask with egg, for it would make egg tough to rinse from the hair. Warm water somewhat cooks and hardens the egg, making it harder to rinse off.

Try these few hair-care hacks and you will see results quickly, as long as you don’t go back to your old habits. Do not forget to visit your beauty clinic at least once a month to restore your true hair texture.
