The world renowned Latina star has sold up to 5,000,000 copies of her song Loca, which a judge has now labeled as a product of creative copyright infringement. The judge stated in the ruling that the original song was sung by a Columbian singer, and that the songwriter for Shakira’s song had plagiarized the content. Shakira has not been asked to pay a monetary fine.
