Research: Exercising Thrice Weekly Reduces Depression

According to a recent research by German experts, those who exercise at least three times a week are at a lower risk of depression than those who don’t. People between the ages of 20-40 years can get the most benefit from this activity. The risk of depression can be reduced by at least 16% with regular weekly exercise.
