Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s Special medical Team Starts Work In Bannu
The team, formed by the government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, consists of 18 doctors who are experts in several medical fields (including gynecologists, physicians, trauma specialists, pediatricians, and psychologists), and 45 qualified nurses. This competent team was selected from the Lady Redding Hospital, Khyber Teaching Hospital, and Hayatabad Medical Complex. They have started treating IDPs in the camps set up at Bannu. According to Abdul Rehman, Deputy Director for the Provinical Health Department, the health relief operation is being managed by the director general and director of health services.
