Letting yourself cheat a little, offering yourself a break or a time out after some work will make you feel as though you’ve earned it. 4. Prioritize and Organize
Forming a game plan is the key. It is entirely possible that the reason you’re feeling lazy is because you are too scattered. You may have too much work and you might not know where to start so, instead you just end up delaying and postponing. The best thing in your favor in this situation is to prioritize the important stuff, decide what you’re going to do when and how much time you can give to that specific task. Organizing your work desk or perhaps getting your files/papers in order, have also been known to help.
5. Caffeinate and Refresh Yourself
Caffeine is a drug that stimulates your brain, making you more active as a result. Caffeine is easily available to us in the form of drinks, such as coffee, tea and fizzy drinks. An important factor leading to your laziness might be tiredness or dullness. Having a quick cup of coffee will immediately wake you up in such an occurrence. A very uncommonly known fact is that, apples are actually better at refreshing you as they are a better stimulation than coffee or tea, and undoubtedly healthier. Taking a quick shower or splashing some water on your face will also do wonders at instantly making you feel refreshed and getting rid of momentary laziness.

Maintaining a balance between socializing, enjoying life and staying ahead of work, chores and studies will also inspire you and make you want to do better at life, generally.
