Skin issues can be tiresome and annoying. Almost everyone has to deal with problems whether its acne, dryness, discoloration, oiliness, wrinkles, spots, or blackheads.

Your aim should be two servings of salmon per week. Salmon can be savored and enjoyed baked or grilled, in pasta, salads, and even as a side dish. Mackerel, herring and sardines also promotes healthy skin.
Tomatoes are a storehouse of the anti-aging oxidant, lycopene. The damage imposed on the by the UV rays of sunlight is wonderfully combated by lycopene. Eating tomatoes raw won’t help- to benefit from lycopene in the skin, you have to cook it.
The vitamin C content in tomatoes also promotes collagen synthesis for better skin and protects from free radical damage.
Besides eating habits, other lifestyle modifications also contribute to the health of your skin. One of these is sleep. Consistent and regular sleep is essential. The body goes into repair mode and rejuvenates skin cells while sleeping. One of the main reasons you end up with dark circles, saggy eyes and a dull look is because you might not be getting enough sleep, which reduces the normal rejuvenation required by the body.
To look your best, develop a regular bedtime schedule. Make sure you sleep with your hair tied back since the residue oil in the hair can clog skin pores.
