Food is everything for us and we leave no efforts in making our dining as lavish as possible. On one hand where we LOVE food, where we can’t even think of skipping even a single meal, on the other hand we want to be fit, in perfect shape, I must say.

Allah has blessed us with every possible thing, with all natural, fresh and juicy vegetables and fruits you can boost your metabolism with. Isn’t it amazing? Just squeeze them up and drink refreshing juices to speed up weight loss.

1. Ginger Lemon Drink

Advantages of ginger and lemon are quite commonly famous. Ginger is known for relieving digestive problems and it also fights with obesity, whereas, lemon is rich in Vitamin C. It aids the digestive system and also makes it easier to eliminate waste product from the body. For this drink, you need:

  • ½ tablespoon crushed ginger or ginger juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Mix all the ingredients well and enjoy.

2. Green Drink

Green vegetables are famous for containing dietary fibers, folic acid and Vitamin C. They are low in fat and cholesterol. For this drink:

  • 5-8 baby spinach leaves
  • 5-6 mint leaves
  • ½ cucumber
  • ½ tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 green apples
  • Grind all the ingredients well, put some ice and enjoy.

  • In a jar put some mint, lemon, cucumber, and honey.
  • Leave it overnight and drink all day.

  • Add 1 tablespoon of lemon
  • ½ tablespoon of mint paste

You can also make ice cubes of lemon juice and mint leaves. Just pop these cubes in a glass of water and refreshing lemonade is ready.

  • Cut 2 apples
  • Add 2-3 sticks of cinnamon
  • Add some ice and water and leave it for couple of hours.
  • Enjoy this drink all day.

The results of these drinks would definitely amaze you. Drinking water as much as possible also improves your metabolism. Avoid sodas and fizzy drinks as they only work as a sweet poison on your body. Choose your food wisely as your choice of food has a great impact on your body. Eat healthy and stay fit and slim!
